A shift day runs from your start time to your end time — a night that
starts before midnight counts for the day it started on. Revenue that comes in while you
are covering for someone else is paid to you, not to them.
Staying responsive
Customers waiting longer than 5 minutes count as inactivity. Chats you
open and deliberately leave — timewasters — do not count against you, as long as you
leave them unread or block them instead of deleting them.
Nothing to confirm
When your supervisor writes a coaching note, it shows up here. You read
it, write what you will do differently, and confirm it — that unlocks your payout request.
